Fluency in English

Our consultants may be called upon to support international and European companies, so a minimum B2 level is expected, both written and oral, when this skill is necessary for the assignment.
The B2 level corresponds to the “Competent User” level, i.e. a good command of the language enabling us to engage in everyday conversations, albeit with a few approximations.
Commitment to continuous improvement
Even if the task in hand does not require the use of English, we believe that this is an important area for development. We therefore encourage our consultants to commit to a process of progression to reach the minimum B2 (Competent User) assessment level, and are ready to support them in this process to facilitate their development.
